InfectoTest® : Three simple steps

InfectoTest® is a Malaria diagnosis test designed to be performed within ~ 10 min
with three simple steps directly at the Point-of-Care.

Three Simple Steps

Step 1.

Use the provided automated blood collection device to transfer 30ul of whole blood to our reaction tube InfectoTube.

Step 2.

Place the InfectoTube in the InfectoMixer for 5 minutes to allow for parasite release and immunoreaction to occur.

Step 3.

Transfer the InfectoTube to the InfectoScope a portable automated measuring device. It uses a magnet to capture and concentrate magnetic beads and a fluorescence microscope to visualize the attached parasites. A quantitative test result is presented on a screen.
