In May and June 2025, Zendia successfully conducted clinical studies in Luanda, Angola, in collaboration with Prof. Miguel Brito from the University of Lisbon.
The study included whole-blood samples from both symptomatic and asymptomatic individuals, as well as pregnant women – three key groups in the fight against malaria.
A total of 407 samples were collected and analyzed across four participating healthcare institutions in Luanda, marking an important milestone in the clinical development of a fast and reliable malaria diagnostic solution.
Our team is now analyzing the data and looking forward to gaining further insights from this important clinical study!
